30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Bad Ideas purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

1. Contact our customer service team at support@badideas.com
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Attach the prepaid shipping label
5. Drop off at your nearest shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like instead. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
